We take pride in the quality of our footwear and offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn Red Wing items in their original packaging. Please ensure boots are trialled on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles before deciding to keep them.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original Red Wing shoe box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the branded packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outer parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our London warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
